I have been using these languages almost as long as I have been programming. The first language I learned was Python, which I learned for a school project calculating attributes of the Mandelbrot set. But, soon after, I became fascinated by web development and design and learned these languages to supplement my interests. Whether I need a website or need to help another person with their own website, I find myself using these languages constantly. I work primarily with WordPress, where PHP is used for server-side implementations, yet there are still moments where I use TypeScript, which compiles into JavaScript. For example, the wonderful space/snow background for this website was written in TypeScript. I also used plain JavaScript as an enqueued script for toggling the skills section on the home page.
